He is the founder of Inndisus Innovation Consulting, a co-creator of the women4impact initiative, and a principal and senior consultant at Atlanto. He helps bridge emerging technologies with new organizational structures and management paradigms to successfully navigate organizations in the 21st century. His aim is to enable to generate a higher positive impact in the world and become a flexible, adaptive, technology-driven, and people-empowered organization.
As part of the Purpose Alliance, as a Purpose Launchpad Mentor, Simon is helping start-ups and organizations to evolve early-stage ideas into purpose-driven organizations that make a massive impact.
Simon supports organizations in designing and evolving early-stage disruptive ideas into successful organizations that make a massive impact. Currently, he is involved as a mentor and consultant in two commercial blockchain-based ventures. The first venture is based in the Philippines and focused on Crypto Asset Management The venture offers cutting-edge, high-yield, socially responsible investment opportunities to purpose-driven investors in the cryptocurrency space. The second venture is in Los Angeles and aims to disrupt the music industry by bringing web 3.0 and collectibles to the centralized music world.
