She has had the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders and mentor projects of strategic importance. Driving change and Innovation in collaboration with business has been her strength and she believes in sharing that knowledge with people with an Innovative mindset.

Shraddha is adept at mentoring people to solve problems of different domains using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design thinking principles. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute and Design thinking principles.

She has trained ~1000 professionals in different levels of LSS across different organizations and domains like Contact centers, Capital markets, US Mortgage, Mapping, F&A, and Finance.
