Mihir is an Indian national, with 21 years of experience in Training and Development and has conducted 2000+ workshops in 12 countries.

He has an MBA in Corporate Training & Total Quality Management from Kaizen Global School Of Business Management. He is also an NLP Practitioner and has professional certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Project Management, Total Quality Management, as well as Six Sigma. He was awarded Global Training and Development Leadership Award - 2017. He is featured in the Top 20 Best Global Trainers - Sales (2021) alongside Brian Tracy and Jordan Belfort. He has authored a book on Sales, and was a Speaker at World SME Summit in Dubai.

After working in Direct Sales, Tele-sales and Market Research, where he trained people to enhance business performance, Mihir joined Zenta – an arm of the distinguished Hiranandani Group in 2001. Here, because of his strong communication skills, he was immediately asked to train newly hired employees. In this role, as a Communication and Process Trainer, he delivered more than 20 unique training programs in Sales, Collections and Customer Service to over 1400 employees.

During the two years at Zenta, he was preferred by clients to set up all the new processes and accelerate results. His passion for training, and result oriented approach earned him an opportunity to create a complete tele-sales unit for Mauritius Telecom. This involved training over 230 employees on professional handling of sales calls, effective follow-up on enquiries, and handling complaints in Port Louis, Mauritius.

Mihir then returned to India to take up a senior training position with JP Morgan Chase, the global financial services firm, with responsibility for running courses in Customer Service, Advanced Sales, and Telesales. Here, he developed 5 in-house trainers who formed the nucleus of the corporate training team.

In 2004 Mihir was then offered the opportunity to be Head Of Training with Tata Teleservices (M) Ltd., overseeing the training needs of 2600 employees. Between 2004 and 2010, he made a significant impact on the overall effectiveness of the organization through ‘on target’ training. The organization grew by 246% in this period.

During his six years at TATA, Mihir was successful in ensuring ‘zero non- compliance’ in the ISO 9001 audits, and helping align the organization to higher standards of Quality and Customer Satisfaction. He delivered varied programs for managers and staff, covering Communication, Presentation, Innovation and Creative Thinking, Inter-Personal Effectiveness, Team Building, Sales Enhancement, Customer Delight and Leadership. He also initiated a development team to ensure the employees were properly trained when new products were introduced to the market. In this role he was also responsible for recruiting and developing a team of competent internal trainers. These were recruited from existing staff and developed into top-level trainers, by constant coaching, feedback, development, and improvement.

In 2010 Mihir moved to the U.A.E. to take up the position as the Head Of Training with one of the world's leading suppliers of building materials - DANUBE Group. In this position he organized training activities covering key areas of the business - Sales, Customer Service, Brand Awareness and Product Knowledge. These courses were run for B2B (Business-to-Business) and Retail. Responsible for training over 2000 employees in the U.A.E., Qatar, Oman, K.S.A., India, and Bahrain, he focused on instilling core professional values, behaviors, and skills, in delegates. Between 2010 -2013 the company’s Net Profit increased by 37%.

Mihir joined Spearhead Training as a Senior Management Associate in 2013. He was a Master Trainer for B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Negotiation, Customer Service and Sales Management workshops. His unique presentation skills, consultative approach and experience in Quality frameworks earned him a reputation to be a preferred consultant for Organizations and delivering Sales & Revenue Enhancement workshops for different levels. In his tenure of two years with Spearhead, he had an average of 96% ‘Excellent’ and ‘Very Good’ rating with a Trainer Feedback score of 4.83 out of 5 on Jack Phillips Model.

In 2015 he was approached by DAMAC, the only Luxury Real Estate Developer in the region, to set up their Sales Training department. Here, Mihir was instrumental in designing an unconventional learning strategy for 800+ sales staff. He introduced a 14-day New Hire Sales Program a first in the organization as well as ‘Snippet Training’ which was a first in the region. DAMAC Properties’ turnover for 2015 jumped by Dh 4.51 billion. Mihir is very passionate about training and believes that helping individuals and organizations to achieve their goals is his strength and life purpose. To reach out to the world, Mihir chose to form his own Training Consultancy – 24 Karat Training, the name signifying the highest quality of training experience.

Over the past 21 years, Mihir has been heavily involved in developing effective TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for organizations. He has developed a keen understanding of how any training session must be fully aligned to the strategic needs of the business to ensure maximum ROI (Return On Investment). A successful combination of business goals and employee skills, infused with high energy, has been the underlying ethos for 2000+ programs conducted by Mihir across all levels for different organizations. Mihir uses advanced training techniques that blend activities, assessments, accelerated learning ways, NLP, theatre-based, and movie-based learning, adult learning principles, along with traditional role plays, simulations, presentations and case studies. He makes the subject ‘come alive’ during the training sessions so that the participants can go back and ‘make it real’ in their work environment.
