i am  a certified image consultant and soft skills trainer whose humble endeavouris to help people from all walks of life overcome their inhibitions about how they are perceived, and help them evolve into being the best version of themselves.

In my  workshops, I  impart in depth knowledge on topics like professional dressing,grooming, appropriate body language, effective communication, etiquette and internationalprotocol. I use  training tools like visual aids, games, role play to deliver the training

more effectively. I also use  different garments, accessories, crockery, cutlery to make

learning easier and practical.

i have conducted training programs in schools and colleges like NMIMS and D.Y.Patil and companies like Lawman Jeans and PPfas Mutual Fund to name a few. I have also trained individuals from all walks of life like nutritionists, chartered accountants, students,homemakers etc. in the field of Image Enhancement.

A passionate writer, I have  been published in publications like Femina, Chicken Soup forthe Soul, amongst others. She has recently published her second book of short stories -

Amma and other short stories.

I  had the honour of being invited as a judge for an inter school debate competitionhosted by Arya Vidya Mandir School- Juhu, a judge for a contest at Jamnabai NarseeSchool-Juhu and as a guest speaker at many Rotary Club Meetings, Shaila Foundation and Khar Gymkhana.
