He worked with Aditya Birla Group, Tata Group, The Chatterjee Group, HCL Technologies, CII and NRI (Japan) in different capacities. During his tenure he successfully completed Indian and foreign assignments. Most of his works are highly appreciated by his clients.

He is author of 35 articles published in different International Journals and in International Conferences. Till date he has guided 3 research scholars and 35 M.S. / M.Tech. / M.B.A. students in their dissertations. He is author of two books one on Business Excellence and other on Data Visualization.

He is members of two technical committees of The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the National Standards Body of India under Department of Consumer affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs. He is mentors and expert committee member of 5 Engineering and Management College of West Bengal. Last but not least, regular speaker at national and international level organized by CII, FICI and other bodies.
