I was instrumental in starting and establishing new business models in the field of HR. The Virtual CHRO services for Startups and SME's is one such, where we support these organization through the different stages of growth to reach the stage of a successful organization. We have worked with organizations across various industries which are in the Tech and Non-Tech spaces including but not limited to Fintech, Edutech, Design Tech, Food tech, Mediatech, Pharmtech and others.

Being 'Content centric' has always been one of my key strengths to analyze any issue, especially while working with Brands, with this in mind I had started my Podcast Series under the channel - B Plogs with one of India's first Business Podcast - "People Who Matter" in 2018. The Podcast has over 100k Subscribers with over 2 Million Downloads across 7 countries.
It is one of the first from India to get a 5/5 rating in Apple Podcasts also available across - Google Podcasts, Spotify, Alexa, TuneIn, Youtube and other players. Having completed 2 Successful Seasons, the Podcast is entering Season 3. Featuring some of the leading Entrepreneurs and Startup Founders from across India discussing various topics.

I am also presently the Co-Creator of a Digital Property known as "Insider Series", one of the leading Webinar Properties from India gaining ground during the Covid19 Pandemic period.

I have also had the honour of representing India as a Woman Entrepreneur working in the space of Talent and Human Resources in International forums. I have interacted and worked closely in bringing companies to India such as working with the Argentinian President, Mr. Mauricio Macri via Assocham in 2018 and Lord Davies of the UK Parliament in 2019 via Barclays and Ms. Ailish Campbell, Chief Trade Commissioner of Canada & Assistant Deputy Minister, Global Affairs Canada discussing women in Technology.

Previously, I had a successful exit in my 1st venture - A Content production company in the space of Audio production, Corporate films, documentaries catering to clients like Nasscom, RBI, Reliance - Hamley's.

My company and has received accolades on being Top 5 HR Consulting companies in Bangalore from the Silicon India Magazines and among the Top 10 HR Consulting companies from the Insider Series Magazines.
I have been touted as a Young Entrepreneur and Innovator in HR Consulting by Mid-Day in 2019 and as one the leading Podcasters in India by Hindustan times etc.
I am a Public Speaker on Entrepreneurship across various esteemed Institutions and companies and winner of accolades for Business Innovation and content.
