(b) CORPORATE AND COMMERCIAL - Lead Lawyer for investors of their investment in start ups, advised on restructuring and reverse merger of a private limited company to a public listed company, advised a sell out of the promoters of an energy company to a US Based company, advised on demerger of a public listed company into three companies

(c) DISPUTE RESOLUTION - Appointed as the sole arbitrator, advising on RERA, commercial disputes, matters before NCLT, successfully appeared before arbitral tribunals based in Dubai in Oil and Gas Dispute.

(d) SUCCESSION PLANNING - advising HNI’s and promoter groups on their succession and real estate planning.
