Course Contents

At the end of the training, learners will be able to find out reason for their musculoskeletal issues due to workload.
You will be able to reason out the core issue - worker’s site / remote worksite or work task - that is leading to musculoskeletal issues.
You will be able to utilize the assessment tool at the workplace and find out the risks you are having at the workplace.
You will be able to provide the Ergonomics and postural solution to the workplace, for efficient work and greater productivity.

Session 1: Basic Interview / Information gathering for the workplace, worker and work. Deciding work profile of the worker
Session 2: Workplace, Task and Job demand analysis
Session 3: Cognitive assessment and Postural Analysis and assessment tools + observing hazardous effects to worker
Session 4: Ergonomic solution and Q/A session
