Course Contents

This course gives you detailed know-how to establish or streamline the GWFM / RMG function in your organization
It also helps you to optimize the billability of available internal employees (Utilization)
It gives you the know-how of a detailed workaround for open positions and the best possible fulfillment
It helps you to learn the best possible management of the available deployable pool/bench, release List, ramp-down list, rotation list, and more
Best possible control on the revenue leakage

Approximately 2 Hours:-
1. Understanding the function, & team flow chart
2. Utilization Management
Approximately 3 Hours:-
1. Demand Management (Requirement validation process, and detailed system)
2. Supply management (Requirement Fulfillment - available internal options, detailed process & process flow)
3. Bench Management (Day tracking, Cross skilling, Techniques of One to one discussions, discussions with Un-flexible employees, and much more)
Approximately 3 Hours:-
1. Ramp up - Ramp down Management
2. The system required to be in place for setting the function
3. Few more detailed elaborations if needed.

No specific Qualification is required for a function owner.
Preferably MBA - HR or someone with experience in any of the human resource functions.
On an exceptional basis in absence of the above qualifications, a person with good communication and the willingness to learn would do
