Pre-training Assessment: Write an execution plan starting from groundwork until delivery of result corresponding to a preset sales target.
Hour 1:
Hour 2: 4Ps and 7Ps how do you relate to these in your unique business context?
Hour 3: Business Case Studies: A reflection on some real case studies from your business/industry. Learners go through these and brainstorm in groups. They finally present their findings one by one.
Hours 4 to 7: Group Discussion & Role Plays on Pre-sale, qualification check, opening, closing, handling rebuttal, presentation and demonstration
Hour 8: Rapport building techniques: Mirroring, Active Listening, etc.
Hour 9: Channel Sale versus Direct Sale; the changing dynamics
Hour 10: Q&A + Feedback
Post-training Assessment: Prepare a sales pitch and record a demo video call with a mock customer who throws a lot of questions. The learner's ability to handle rebuttals would also be tested.
Learners are suggested to have 2-3 years of experience in channel sale or direct sale.
