Course Contents

Induction is a process which makes a new joiner familiar with the work environment of the organization. It talks about the Vision, Mission and provides a sense of understanding on the Culture of the Organization.

When used strategically, the induction process can increase employee retention by helping them understand their role and how it fits into the company.

The course will be covered across two sessions of 45 minutes each. The course is deal for Key stake holders, decision makers and Leaders.

Discussing the importance about the intent to have these sessions well planned and in a timely manner.
Analysing the Surveys conducted in relevant sectors of Business and identifying the common issues and providing the blueprint of the plan.

Rollout Plan with different departments within the organization
