Session 1

1. Introduction:
   1. Ice Breaker pertaining to the topic which will organically connect the participants with the topic.
   2. Collect the pain points in Recruitment across different departments from the Representatives
   3. Giving an overall Idea of the importance of an efficient recruitment process in a company (taking them thought the pro and cons of an end to end recruitment cycle: Preparation of JD, Key areas of a profile that need to be focused on, Interview rounds and offer stage)
2. Ensuring an efficient TAT for recruitment Process, Preparing the Interviewer:
   1. Importance of being prepped for every position you Interview
      1. Study the Job Description
      2. Understanding the importance of that position in the team (this will help evaluate the person beyond what they say)
      3. Mark the key areas of their profiles that you would like to assess in the interview round (based on a technical or non-technical interview)
      4. Put them through a situation to check their fitment for the role and seem-less blend with the culture of the company.

Session 2

1. How to Pitch your Company as the Most Lucrative Option for candidate:
   1. Building your Brand online to attract Talent
   2. How to make the company pitch for making it an attractive place to work
   3. Understanding biases
   4. Understanding how to work on line of questioning to be able to spot the red flags
      
2. Mock Personality test:
   1. Will do a mock test of Personality Fitment with Trainer as the Volunteer (Unless we do have an audience member as a volunteer)

*The topics will be supported with adequate video and audio tools that will help drive home the point.
