  3. Art of Interviewing - How to master the art of interviewing which can not only ease the process of hiring but can also take care of the psychological safety needs of candidates? - 90min
    • Psychological errors while taking interviews
    • Hiring biases (includes conscious & subconscious; recency & conformity biases etc.)
    • Enhancing emotional intelligence quotient, to facilitate smooth execution and ensure closures on targeted hiring.   
  4. Giving & receiving Feedback - The art of giving & receiving feedback is crucial, in order to hire right - 45min
    • Sharing feedback with both internal as well as external stakeholders including TA/HRBP/candidates etc.
    • Setting the right expectation, which aids the tonality of discussions   
  5. Questions & Answers - Habit formation and practice exercises - 30 min
