Post-Training Assessment: Provided with an aggressive/passive video message of a supervisor where the supervisor is requesting for a favor that would tax the learners. Learners need to record an assertive response & send it back to the facilitator. The response should be a "win-win" one.
Learners should have the maturity to use assertiveness for mutual gain (employee & organization) and can belong to customer/client facing profile.
