Course Contents

Learners will be equipped to make their presentations captivating and result oriented.
Learners will be trained to present according to the demand of the situation and can adopt persuasive, solution-centric or storytelling styles effortlessly.
Learners understand the importance of pre-work in a presentation and gain confidence to present to clients.

Pre-Training Assessment: Record a 3-minute presentation on a workplace relevant topic and share it with the Instructor.

Hour 1:

Pre-work: Asking WHY, WHAT, WHO & HOW?
Ideating before a presentation using Mind Map
Structure of a presentation: Start, Introduce, Chunks, Examples, Repeat, End
How to sequence information?

Hour 2:

Elements that appeal to the human sense
Infographics: Why it helps?
Body Language & Tone; How do they impact your presentation?

Hour 3:

How to handle stage fright?
Watch some killer presentations & identify the "WOW" moments
How to handle your audience?

Hour 4:

The parameters of a good presentation
Discussion, Q&A, Feedback

Post-Training Assessment: Record a 3-minute presentation on the same topic and share it with the Instructor. Add notes indicating the areas that they think have improved in comparison to their earlier presentation based on the parameters learnt in class.

Learners should have good communication and basic PowerPoint skill.
